Winter is the busiest season for firewood. Real wood burning fireplaces go through several logs for each fire. Summer nights are great for a fire with a weeny roast or roasting marshmellows. Firewood is made from chopped wood that is then seasoned so it will burn.
Seasoned wood must dry out in order to become seasoned. When burning a fire seasoned wood catches fire quickly and burns nicely. Unseasoned wood will not catch fire and gives off a lot of smoke when trying to burn.
Ben’s Tree Trimming and Shrub Service company seasons the wood that is cut from tree trimming and tree removal. Firewood is sold by the bundle or by the rick.
No matter the season, firewood is always good to have on hand for a fire to keep you warm or for roasting marshmellows around the campfire.
